How can I become a Tribe Shaman?
Tribe Shamans have a lot of responsibility in the tribe including giving rank up tests, being active, talking to other members and making them feel welcome in the tribe, supporting the tribe and the members, starting daily activities in the tribe house and in special rooms for the tribe and remaining neutral to help sort out any arguments. Show us you are interested in being a tribe shaman, mainly by following the list below as guide, and as a Shaman Apprentice, show us you want to start giving tests! You must apply with the application below, or with the link in the greeting message to have a chance to be chosen.
There are a few qualities we look for while picking Tribe Shamans, We expect our tribe shamans to show these qualities on a daily basis.
1. Positive Energy - Keep the tribe motivated. Don't have a bad attitude towards people and be happy!
2. Supportive - Support the tribe if they are having trouble with something, encourage them to never give up!
3. Maturity - Know the difference between right and wrong without having to be told.
4. Respect - Follow the rules, respect the leaders and other tribe members, be kind. Don't pick favorites and treat all people the same regardless of rank and your past history with them.
5. Problem Solving skills - After analyzing a certain issue, you will be able to help find a good solution while staying neutral.
6. Loyalty - Have devotion to the tribe. Show that we can trust you won't leave over little things.
7. Ability to handle constructive criticism - If someone gives you a tip or corrects you, do not lash out on them, take it as helpful feedback and use it to improve yourself for the future.
8. Ability to cooperate with others - Be able to work with other people in a group effort and share ideas.
9. Intelligence - Be able to work things out by using your abilities and other skills to solve problems, and use them to adapt to any given situation. Know the correct way to act around the tribe.
10. Responsibility - Don't make excuses for your mistakes, always admit to them and tell the truth.
11. Patience - Be patient when helping members. Some people will require more time and different explanations in order to understand something, it's important not to get frustrated.
12. Drama free - Don't be frequently involved in drama or issues in the tribe.
